By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site.

• You must be at least 16 years old to browse our website.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.
   

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
   
• Custom, made-to-order (MTO), event tickets, services, intimate items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
   
• All garments are subject to availability. Because many of our items use upcycled materials, variations in color, texture, or minor imperfections may occur. These are considered part of the uniqueness of the product.

• All prices are listed in USD.
   
• Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.
   
• In the rare event of a pricing error, we will honor the posted price once.
   

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
   
• We ship both domestically and internationally. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are accepted but remain at the customer’s risk.
   
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

Custom orders and upcycling services are subject to our Custom & Upcycling Policy, which is also incorporated by reference.

All designs, patterns, text, images, branding, and other content on this site are the exclusive property of llPhantom llRose LLC. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any products or materials without our written consent.

Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with our garments. Phantom Rose is not liable for damages caused by improper washing, alterations, negligence, or misuse of the product.

All products are sold “as is.” Upcycled variations are expected and are not considered defects. Unless expressly stated, no additional warranties apply.

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. Phantom Rose is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, customs delays, or shipping disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers.

Binding Arbitration: All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
 

Class Action Waiver: Customers agree not to participate in class, collective, or representative actions against Phantom Rose.
 

Small Claims Exception: Claims under USD $10,000 may be filed in small claims court.
 

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If material changes are made, customers will be notified via email or by a notice on our website. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
